The only additional fees that are payable for your conveyancing needs are the normal file disbursements such as title and property searches (refer below). The disbursements will differ depending on the type of property transaction. Please refer below for the cost of the disbursements.

Our services for the sale of your property include:
- Preparation of a Contract of Sale and Section 32 Vendor’s Statement
- Arranging for your mortgage to be discharged by your bank or lender
- Early release of deposit monies (Section 27 Sale of Land Act 1962)
- Property investigations including reviewing property title and searches/certificates
- Liaising with the Council authority, Water authority, State Revenue Office and Owners Corporation Manger (if applicable) to ensure any outstanding rates are paid at settlement
- Completing settlement via PEXA the online settlement portal.
Our services for the purchase of a property include:
- Complementary review of a contract prior to making an offer
- Negotiation of contract terms (where required)
- Property investigations including reviewing property title and searches/certificates
- Preparation of duties online forms relating to payment of stamp duty
- Arranging for the nomination of alternative or additional buyers including preparation of a ‘Sale of Real Estate Nomination Form’ (where required)
- Liaising with your bank or lender for settlement
- Preparation of the statement of adjustments and statement of account (final figures)
- Completing settlement via PEXA the online settlement portal
Our services for the transfer of a property between related parties (no sale) include:
- Taking instructions in regards to the transfer of the property
- Preparation of the transfer documents for the parties
- Property investigations including reviewing property title and searches/certificates
- Arranging for consent and production of title from the bank or lender
